Rich established Green Meadows in 1982 and incorporated the business two years later with a vision to elevate the landscaping industry. Dissatisfied with the existing standards, he set out to offer personalized services, meticulous maintenance, and exceptional landscape construction. His unwavering commitment to customer service has been instrumental in building a loyal, long-term client base. Rich holds multiple credentials including being a licensed pesticide applicator, a certified landscape technician, and an ICPI-certified installer. He also lends his expertise to the industry as the President of the New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA).
Justin Flatow
Director of Landscape Maintenance / Snow and Ice Management
For nearly a decade, Justin has been at the helm of Landscape Maintenance and Snow & Ice operations at Green Meadows, consistently elevating the standards in both commercial and residential landscaping. Managing an expansive and diverse client portfolio, from turf maintenance to snow removal, Justin exemplifies why Green Meadows stands head and shoulders above industry norms. Not only does he serve on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA), but he is also a co-chair on the New Jersey Turf Grass Association, contributing his expertise to shape the future of the landscaping sector.

Laurie joined Green Meadows in 2018, taking on multiple roles as Receptionist, Maintenance, and Snow Administrator. With a rich background in banking, office management, and customer service, Laurie brings a broad range of experience to her role.
