Opportunities for landscaping forepersons and experienced landscapers

At Green Meadows Landscaping, we’re seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team. If you are experienced with landscape equipment, hands-on installations, plant identification, and team leadership, we invite you to explore the opportunities below.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a crew of 2 or more to complete projects within guidelines & timeframes without sacrificing quality.

• Operating landscape equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, transit/laser grade change calculations, saws, etc.

• Driving trucks/trailers with machinery hauling.

• Hands-on experience with installations of concrete pavers, natural stone patios, retaining walls (concrete block & natural stone), outdoor kitchens, waterfalls, and fireplaces.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with landscape installations.

• Familiarity with the operation of relevant landscape equipment.

• Ability to work well in a team and follow leadership.

• Commitment to quality work and safe practices.

• Plant identification and application of proper planting techniques.

• Collaborating with the foreperson and team to complete projects on time and to standard.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a landscaping foreperson or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of landscape equipment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Attention to detail, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.

• Valid driver’s license.
